"I got the apartment not clean still with a bunch a glue on the windows and not even ready for move in I mentioned to the manager and she didn’t even seem to care less for it . She talk the property manager called my daughter a dog and we moved out and are getting scammed don’t move here it’s not the company but the property manager that is scamming people she is disrespectful, not respect if you do something her first thing is evicting you right away don’t move here"

"Extremely disappointing experience with this company! Their lack of service is astounding. We made numerous attempts to reach out via phone and email over a period of five days, only to be met with complete silence. Finally, they scheduled an appointment, but failed to show up. We patiently waited for 20 minutes without any communication or courtesy call to explain the delay. Eventually, we received a call from a woman claiming she would be just 5 minutes late. However, after an additional 10 minutes of waiting and still no contact, we decided to leave. It appears that they lack the essential skills needed to operate successfully in the sales and service industry. They seem disinterested in working and are not committed to accommodating new residents. It is truly disheartening to imagine what our life in these apartments would be like if this is the level of service they offer from the beginning."

"AWFUL COMPANY! This company has put random charges on our rent throughout our time here, ignored countless emails and phone calls, and the best one-they towed our car. We spoke with them after being approached in the parking lot by the manager AFTER getting out of our vehicle when he said, “your tags are expired get them updated or I’ll have your car towed”. So the very next day we got new tags and emailed the company saying that they better not touch our car considering it’s on our lease agreement. Fast forward three weeks, our car is randomly towed by them. We drive it every single day and they’ve seen us multiple times driving it. They are petty, greedy, and unprofessional. Stay far away from this scam of a company."

"Nice place but kitchen is small but I guess that’s the new style.. And random people do come few times a week and dig through garbage in the middle of the night so it could be loud with window open or if your close by it and night time garbage should be locked up and more postings of resident parking only. People do leave random cars here that don’t live here"
