"Michael have done a great job with making this a better place to live for everyone. He is caring, have been very attentive and communicative with everyone, something we all appreciate. He didn't hesitate to address issues that needed to be corrected right away. One of which was with children violating rules of the lease, creating a safety concern, the same children that also have been defacing or damaging other resident's and apartment property for the last 2 years. Michael sent a very polite email explaining why the children needed to stop and the next day they stopped! We have missed having a great manager like this , as I told the previous assistant, for those of us that have been living here for years, have been waiting a long time for this team to arrive and efficiently manage this apartments so it can be a nice place to live like it used to be."

"I'm pretty livid right now, so bear with this review. I've never seen a place have such a high management turnover. Almost a year ago I called in a problem with the fridge, because it was making loud sounds like it was about to give out, and the maintenance man came in and said if it's not broken there's nothing to fix. Now I'm dealing with a fridge that broke, got replaced, and broke again. 3 days in, not counting the night before i reported it again, and I just threw away 100s of dollars worth of food! It took them 3 ish years to fix the water leak in the bathroom. I randomly would come home to a flooded bathroom. Water all over my towels and rugs. Renter's insurance doesn't cover any of it. You can throw a fresh coat of paint on the outside and do a new roofing job, but the interior of these apartments are crumbling. And at the rate that they can fix these problems is problematic, yet we pay our rent and keep the terms of the lease to their standards."
