"I lived at Dawson Village for eight months before I was terminated from my lease because my kids were being bullied on the property Heather the manager and her other coworkers. They are all racist. The apartment was very beautiful, but only the remodel ones I’ve never lived anywhere where I wanted to run so fast away from because of how my family was treated by the property management currently suing them at this moment"

"K have been meaning to post since i moved from here a while ago but This place is beyond horrible I was kicked out after several years there & being harassed by management and much more I have several kids they they dont like kids once ur kids do 1 wrong thing your then a target to be evicted and that's kinda what happend not only that I think there discriminatory by far no parking because u can't have guest literally and much more they also have family and friends living on site that I see is posting saying management is amazing which is false so that speaks volumes of false feedback on reviews I have proof this place is a scam they don't care about family's at all especially those of color and if you are on any housing or governed help stay away she's not what she seems Heather Lori and the others that have come and gone are of no good and the agency they work for. Keep clear of this and any other property associated with this corporation by far she's not your friend. There not your friend if you want stress here is the place to be if not run. "Moved in recently and Heather has been so helpful and wonderful with the process. Our apartment was immaculately cleaned and everything was spotless upon move in.The Complex is well kept and if you need anything- Heather is there to assist. We Love living here already and will definitely be renewing when the time comes."

"I would give 5 stars for the new manager Heather. She has great people skills: she is very receptive to feedback, flexible, kind, and is constantly communicating. I recently had an incident where I had to reach out at 12am, and although it was not necessary for her to respond, she took it upon herself to take care of it on her own time. It is night and day from previous management where my concerns feel valued. The maintenance is also amazing. They are quick to respond to requests and keep the apartments constantly clean despite children not cleaning up after themselves."

"I’ve dealt with some very shady and horrible management companies. This company has been a pleasant change in comparison. Heather has been so responsive and attentive from the start. She keeps tenants informed and is the epitome of a leasing agent. When issues arise, she follows up and follows through. The maintenance team, Alan and Craig, they are great, too. Maintenance is quick and polite. The entire team works really well to coordinate time to fix necessary things or complete requests. It’s a very safe and clean complex."
