We also had an emergency maintenance issue that nobody ever contacted us about even after multiple calls and text messages and voicemails. They still haven’t checked up on it luckily my partner fixed it himself. Dont move here unless you can’t afford anything else and have no options."

"Apartments are masked over with a fresh coat of paint and the removal of its seriously outdated and very strained carpet. Replaced with low range sheet vinyl flooring. And if an appliance is not functioning properly, it may or may not be replaced. Depending on how crucial that function is. The typical turn over get ready policies of most multi-family housing properties. However, these apartments were built in the sixties. No matter what kind of surface mask is applied, doesn't change how these apartments are seriously sinking into the landscape, literally sinking. This is very easily detected by the trained eye, without having to go under the structures. Simply by how extreme the drop is, in the floors from an area where there's very little load too a load bearing wall. A round object rolls at a very high speed towards that load bearing wall. The rate of decent into it's own landscape is the least of it's decaying issues. Too many to get into here. The parking here for the tenants is one of the worst I've ever experienced. With no real hope for improvement, since there isn't any room to increase the number of parking spaces. Two out of three visitor parking spaces have been occupied by the same vehicles (tenant extra vehicles) for several months. Leaving, in reality just one spot for visitors. Which is also normally being used by whichever tenant is the quickest to move an extra vehicle of theirs off the street into that one spot. It's kind of entertaining to watch. Lol not a good situation at all. These comments made, would be the same from any given tenant, if they have been observant at all."
