"I live at the greenspoint terrace for 9 yrs now. The last six I have been harassed, bullied, terrorized, by a Jorgen that placed me back into my apartment 2 months early so I got to listen to all the construction and drilling. I know I have 6 weeks to be out of my apartment. I'd rather 6 years of court.on lies the law firm came after me because I've got a manager fired her Best friends they hate of. So I give it a rating .5 -1 star. I retracted the names. I lost everything now I have 6 weeks left to get out. 6 years of court for nothing. Kenny bullying out of my home. That was supposed to be safe in. All because of a manager"
"It is in a very good location: Lloyd Center, gyms, shopping, coffee shops and buses."
"I live here. Maybe it depends where you come from. If you're 'downgrading' to come to a place like this, I can't relate. As one who came from 'every-other-option-was-worse' than a 'senior residence', this place exceeded every one of my low and apprehensive expectations. For me, it's a resort. My apartment has wooden floors, a stainless kitchen sink, all the appliances are modern/efficient (I never had any of that all together before). If it needs to be repaired, it gets repaired. It is quiet and comfortable. The building is cement/cinder-block and is the quietest apartment building I have ever lived in. (Neighbors are neighbors. Even yelling right next door sounds like a vague muffled TV you have to pay attention to to hear) The 'home forward' management company has been nothing but helpful since I moved in. There are constant programs offered of services for seniors and disabled to lower rent, food, energy and/or utility expenses. Considering: all of this has to be done with/within government regulations and I doubt very much that these are well paying jobs and, again, my low apprehensive expectations were exceeded by the well meaning people running the place. Despite some management turmoil during the pandemic nothing fell apart. I'm lucky to be here and as long as republicans don't get ahold of it, I'll continue to be."
"Management is useless along with Maintenance! There are at least three broken down cars in Handicapped parking spots and one has been there over a year!! People have complained but nothing has been done. There are people living there that really should be in Assisted living. There have been floods in apartments due to human error and nothing is done about it. Also, people steel other's mail, people have urinated in the elevators, and have defecated under the car park ! Security is a joke. I don't even think the security camera's work! Repairs don't get done in a timely mater or at all! There are several homeless who live on the street right outside the building and nothing is done about it. People who live here let them into the building and it causes problems. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVING HERE IF THEY CAN HELP IT!!"
