"After living 4 years in total. and living here in Arbor Veiw. We'll start with Pool, of the past 3 years, the Pool HAS Been CLOSED! year one (covid, that is understandable) year 2 and 3, Julie (property manager) simply does not Keep it CLEAN for tendents to use. 2nd thing, if you live alone, you can not use it. it's in the reantal agreement that you can't But you still pay 50.00 a month for the pool (SAD). The Appartment it's self, the cabnets both in the Kitchen and Bathroom are rotting out. and NEED to be replaced, Not cocked or repainted, REPLACED! screen door to the patio, was broken upon moving in and was never replaced. other Tentens the ones the lived next to me was a party apartment, had to make many call to Julie, that nothing done outside of him moving to another appartment. and then he still came over to the people below me. Then there is the people below who constantly were fighting. and had to make many calls about that! nothing done. and lets talk about the security deposit upon moving on NOV 21 2023 and handing key key over, I gave my next address, to Julie, she did not give the new adrress to her Legacy, so that i Could get the check, So i called asking about it. and talked to the bookkeep, Stephanie, she let me know that the check was sent out, on Dec 19th, and That to the old address and to give it a few more week for Ups to get it to me, I waited 3 weeks (waited a extra week due to winter storm) Still no check. so i called back again. Today, Stephanie told me that i called her on the 19th, when i called on the 8th, and was told that it was sent out.. I had to simply ask for a reprint of the check and go and get it. this has been more then a headache Over all. On the personal side, I will not be renting from them again. I have bought my own home, and i'm glad that i did. i have been able to sleep easy at night (also watch out for the homless camp on 160th, I have seen many time where they toss and go though the trash bins and leave the place looking bad.)"

"Terrible location. Every piece of electronic in our apartment would break. The oven was a fire hazard waiting to happen. People are moving out of those apartment like crazy. The manager micromanages everything you do. Work orders don’t get done but they mark them as complete. We literally had mice running around and they wouldn’t fix it. My wife and I were moving out and my vehicle was backed in our parking spot to load our belongings and the manager was trying to call a tow truck on us, then after moving some things and coming back she let a work truck park in our assigned parking spot and tried towing us for parking outside of our parking spot while trying to pack our things and move. The apartments are poor, the management is poor, and they continue to raise the cost of the apartments. 0 of 5 would be a better rating. They don't deserve your business I promise"

"This property was purchased by a new owner a year ago and has since made SIGNIFICANT improvements. Any reviews prior to the new ownership and new management should be disregarded."

"I rented here in april 2016. Victoria had showed me a unit that was in a pretty good condition. When I turned in my application she had me in another unit. When I sign the lease agreement and saw the condition this unit was in it was nasty. Mold missing cabinets door. Sliding door won't lock. Toilet was sunken to the floor and when I put in request. It took about 3 months before they had a maintenance guy. Now he comes in to my unit without notice with another maintenance guy. I went into my bedroom and all my stuff from the closet was out because he was replacing the crawl place broad. By this time they had ripped out half the bathroom floor and toilet in the tub. Now I can't shower. I went to the office and ask if she knew anything about it. I haven't got any notice they are going to enter the unit. I show off the the cops. Victoria says she knew nothing about it" manager" know nothing about it. I don't think so. Now I called cooperation. Til today I haven't had anyone call me back. I moved out now a month early. Which I paid and given my noticed. 2 months since I moved out. May 2018 I called the office and it's temporary out of service. I called cooperation again no answer. I want to know where my deposit is!!! Before I call the NEWS REPORT THEM."
