"Looked decent I guess"
"I have lived in this apartment for a year. Right off the bat when we moved in, we thought the place felt moist. When it started to rain in the fall, the windows would be dripping with condensation, and through out the year mold started popping up all over the place. The windows were constantly wet, all year long. We had to mop them up with towels constantly and use a dehumidifier often. Some of my shoes and clothes in my closet completely molded. I put in several work requests asking them to deal with this issue, and they never did. I even told them what I think is the cause of the issue (insufficient venting in the bathroom and an open space under the apartment that just fills with water). I doubt they will ever deal with this issue because they never did when we asked them to. DO NOT move into apartment 9 of the 112th and Glisan apartments. The landlords did nothing to deal with the moisture and mold and I doubt they will."
