"My son & his family have lived here for over 8 yrs, the have not had a working dishwasher in 5-6 yrs, have had mice for probably 6-7 yrs, roaches, my grandson at age 9 was attacked by a high school drinking the bldg, management wouldn’t do anything & none of the cameras work in the bldg. trash rooms have been so full of garbage, you couldn’t open the door, kids playing with fire alarms so often the fire department takes forever to get here..new managers found a maintenance request from at least TWO YRS PRIOR that my son had to take care of himself!!! Hopefully new management company can take control..my son & grandson’s are moving!!!"

"The worst management system in the state. They work one or two days a week but the sign in the door shows M-F. They don’t know how to process the applications. One week process take two to three months. Most people have complain from this management."
