She keeps the property clean, safe, and running as efficiently as she can. It’s a great location for a family as well being right down the road from a large park."

"I have lived in this complex for 13+ years now, and have not had any problems with the management. She has been making improvements to the property, as quickly as she can. Having to deal with multiple contractors is always a challenge, but she can only do what she can. If an issue arises, fill out a maintenance form, and they will get the problem fixed. This is an old complex, est 1948. It was neglected for years, but it's better than it was when I moved in. Keep up the good work, Gabbi!!"

"This new manager Graciela Castro is the worst manager that has worked here. She favors certain tenants and we have asked to fix things in our apartment repeatedly and nothing to this day. She is like a hound dog hovering over anything we do. It is ridiculous at this point. It seems to me she is discriminating against our family. Stay away from this place not worth the headache."
