"The management has not been all the great in till bout three weeks ago the got a new manger and I have already seen a few changes now I don't live there but my dad lives there now the only 2 things that he has issues with is the laundry room is right below his apartment people be doing laundry all hours of the night and leaves the light on which is on a timer and the other issue is the family that lives right above him everyday starting at bout 3 am all day everyday stomping running jumping sounds like tearing down the walls/floors"

"The apartments, themselves, are not bad. This used to be really nice, up to last winter. They had some good managers who did things. Now the place is a dump. The current manager is really not good at all. She's never there, never follows through and isn't very smart. Worse, she plays favorites and is very inappropriate, mean, violent and nasty. I've been here a long time, but I am moving when my lease is up because this place is sliding downhill fast. The manager sends out notices and messages with 3rd grade spelling errors, and never has any answers to questions. The garbage is out of control. The repairs are never done, rats running around the dumpsters. It's gross."

"No adults watch their child. My baby should be able to learn walk without some kids who's clearly neglected shoving my 7 month baby girl learning to walk down on cement . Parent wasn't watching him.She was 30 yards away and back was turned. I was in front of my home. She bullied me and the apartment place bullied me about it. They are always coming up with new Stupid rules and bulling you. Always doing inspection. My apartment was falling apart the first day I moved in. I will never go back.. it's terrible place to live and unsafe for families"

"Great apartment complex especially for low income apartments. Roomy. Nice layout with beautiful landscaping great place to live. Been here almost 7 years."
