"This is my home. I find myself comfortable with the residents and with management. I've lived here 2 years now and have gotten to know some neighbors and some management staff. I appreciate both parties for accepting my person and difficulties. The neighborhood has gone through some changes, as well as management. That being said, I appreciate my kind neighbors as much as I appreciate a clean and peaceful building. I feel like the new management has done some wonderful changes. "Putting a lock on the outdoor garbage shelter was the best idea by far. The indoor garbage rooms are far better and more often cleaned lately. The frequency in which they clean, clear, mop and sanitize the indoor stairwells and hallways was well needed and a dramatic change for the better. The outside parking lot is much neater and cleaner. They tow away all the bad cars. Josh, Misty, Anastacia, Stanley, and Jessica are incredible. They stay after hours to take care of the things that need to be dealt with. They are all super responsive, and they go above and beyond to help the residents even when the residents are incredibly rude, defiant, and disrespectful to the property and to the management. How they are still willing to put the best foot forward and transform this small community into something to be proud of is really appreciated! Highly recommend this property. They have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom layouts with an on site laundry room! Incredible gated children's outdoor play structure. A boys and girls club inside the building that is accessible to all the children. Snacks, outdoor activities, and after school help for the kids. Then the best of all- strong security with key fob entry. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Portland area!"

"I love that not just anyone can walk into the building or into our courtyard where are kids are. Their is programs for families in need and also activities for the kids. The apartments are nice and the staff are very nice and friendly. Our maintenance staff are amazing and always their to help when needed."
