"DON’T MOVE HERE I've suffered from the neighbor upstairs since I moved in. Scroll down a few reviews and you’ll read other issue in the past. I have lived here 6 months and regret moving in. Within that time I moved into a filthy bath tub, a “light switch” located in the kitchen that doesn’t control anything, my dishwasher stopped working a month in, A 1990’s washer and dryer handle and knob broke off( mind you this is in a renovated appliance unit), I’ve had Property Management Nick use keys to gain access to my unit for “Smoke detectors annual apartment inspections” WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER WITHOUT NOTICE nor post on portal or on my door to gain access, a neighbor car stolen from the property, ANOTHER neighbor charged the wrong amount of rent that gave an additional $400 pulled off his debit card, loud arguments twice a week from other residents including the neighbor above me and somehow I got a noise complaint and “security” do absolutely nothing. When it snowed in January a car slammed into a garage which left a gaping hole in the corner of a garage/storage that has old appliances like dishwashers and refrigerator stored by the property and hasn’t been fixed yet. They advertise as “ Your Finally At Home” when really it’s a living nightmare!! The ONLY great thing about this place is Carter, he tries his best to get things done around here in a timely manner however, I haven’t seen him in a while! Go figure!! Reason not to move in: Homeless people live near this apartment parked on public street and our parking lot gets ceased nightly. No maintenance and super dark. Lights in the parking lot doesn’t work. Water damage. No air-condition. Not safe for your mail: the mail room close at 6pm with no key fog for access."

"Carter is always so helpful in the office! Such a pleasant person to work with. We were also really happy about the accommodations made for us since we were moving from out of state. Def glad we chose to move here."

"I have lived here 3 months. My car was stolen off the property. I had an attempted break in that lasted over an hour. The man used a key to try to enter my unit, Pound on my door, and wiggle the handle. I moved in without a working dishwasher with promises that i would have one the next day. 5 maintenance requests and 3 months later, still no dishwasher. My dryer rips my clothes and has damaged beyond repair multiple pieces of clothes, reported it 2 times, still not fixed. I am still paying my full rent, but you arent keeping up your end of the contract. I am seeking legal advice and can not wait to move."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Literally the worst living experience I’ve ever had and we unfortunately still have 9 month left here. We’ve been waiting months for thing to be fixed we address on move in day, everything from broken screens to melted non working outlets. We’ve talked to management multiple times to get no where. Apartment was disgusting when we moved in literal poop on the walls in our bathroom. None of the Community amenities work, such as treadmills, the grill and most weight equipment. Also, the quality of people that live around here we had to install cameras because our neighbors We’re stealing from us and the other neighbors all caught on camera. They will Bump music till four or 5 AM wake my 1 year old up all the time they won’t answer there door when you knock and when we let the office know They tell us to call the security, which is nonexistent here. Office staff is rude especially when trying to get packages. Save yourself the headache and don’t move here."
