"There are so many better ways to ensure the security of your tenants & their gas tanks than posting signs threatening violence all over your building. The neighborhood can be a little rough sometimes, but this signage is exaggerating the typical level of crime in this area & is such a bad look for the apartment complex as well. I guess it’s good that they’re advertising that the place is full of trigger-happy folks so the level-headed people know to rent elsewhere?"
"This place is insane; the owners and/or property management and/or tenants are a bunch of violent gun nuts. They have signs all over the two buildings saying "Armed Tenants" "Steal Gas Get Shot" and things like that. Hard pass."
