"My fiancé's car was broken into at their parking lot, window smashed on a Sunday Morning, 8:50am on 1/22/23. The premises has no security measures to speak of for their parking lot that is also shared by planet fitness: no blue light emergency stations, limited cameras (from what I can see), or no security guards. I have been told there has been a multitude of break-ins at this parking lot and the building owner and/or adjacent businesses need to address this. This is a busy parking lot, next to many homeless camps and the freeway, this needs to be treated with more security measures."

"I’ve lived here a few years and the management was always pleasant to work with and quick to respond to me. I transferred units at one point and they made the process very easy! The units are spacious and the big windows are a plus. The hardwood floors and walk in closets are great. The downside is unfortunately the area that this apartment is located isn’t great at all. Within the last year I’ve had my catalytic converter stolen, gas siphoned and my vehicle eventually stolen. I’ve had friends get their vehicles broken into as well. All within the apartment parking/street parking. If moving here, expect theft and homeless people regularly yelling in the parking lot at all hours of the day. That being said all the theft isn’t the apartments fault, just sad to see this location get so bad. Lastly, people throw their trash in the parking lot, hallways, elevator, and on the floors in the trash room. Janitors have always been pleasant and quick to respond, just sad to see so many occupants littering all the time. Living here wasn’t the worst thing but it definitely wasn’t the best. Hopefully the location will get better."

"Just moved in here for the second time and once again the process of the application, touring the apartment and moving in was fantastic. Kristen communicates with you throughout the entire process, works with your schedule and is always very helpful. Maintenance keeps the place clean and does a great job making the place look nice. Location is convenient for freeway access and there are a lot of up and coming business' in the area along with multiple food carts. Secured building with fob access only for the entry doors and to each floor helps create a safe feeling. Laundry room is never at full compacity and everyone does a great job with taking out their laundry in a timely manner. Carts located in laundry room to help with groceries, furniture, etc. Bike room on each floor and ground level to store your bike. I definitely recommend this place."
