"This is my second post on behalf of my partner who lived on the first floor. This is the mold we found in the bedroom upon moving out. Truly disgusting and unacceptable even after asking maintenance to do something about it, it was ignored."

"(Posting this on behalf of my partner that lives on the first floor) This is truly the worst apartment I have ever lived in. From the management, safety, quality of interior (mold and old appliances). Don't waste your time. My first level unit had an attempted break from my back patio where they completely broke off the security seal to my exterior door and left the handle/lock loose, compromising my safety. Not only has it been 8 months since the incident and with many emails and phone calls, they have still neglected to fix the issue. They don't care about the safety of their residents or the quality of their building. On top of all of this, the front door is constantly broken and homeless people have entered the lobby compromising all units, especially on the first level. These apartment are filled with black mold and dirt, causing many health concerns. Please avoid The Oliver and any apartment managed by Affinity."

"The front door of the building has been broken for months and residents are routinely locked outside their homes. Plus, it’s unsafe in the event of an emergency, when police or fire response would not be able to enter the building. Furthermore there was no cleaning crew responsible for the common areas during covid until residents complained. Lastly, there is a fire alarm going off in the lobby, intermittently for months now, with the property manager Ruby claiming she has no authority to get it fixed. Affinity Property is the management company. I would not advise anyone to live here solely based on the negligence of the managers."
