"edit: a letter magically appeared in my mailbox today, three months and a day after i had applied, and three days after i had stated my move-in date would be, saying i was denied. the basis of this denial was my credit score, which i had disclosed the adverse information on in a craigslist ad that the apartment complex itself contacted me through, and because they could not "verify" information provided. when i kept calling them they kept telling me they needed more information and would call me back but they didn't. they told me they would email me but they didn't. i emailed them three times and they didn't respond. they took my application money and never called me back, even when i followed up a half dozen times by phone and three times by email. i get the impression they were just trying to harvest my personal information. i have a hard inquiry on my credit check now. i'm going to contact HUD to see if there's anything i can do about it. i'm not a perfect applicant but they're still legally required to tell me if i've been approved, conditionally approved, or denied, and then they have to tell me the basis on which they made the decision if the latter two. i wasted hours of my life applying to this place. i was willing to overlook the fact that the unit had clearly been occupied by a smoker previously, ignored the hoarder we passed along the way, and simply raised my eyebrows at the people who were gathered around the office practically with pitch forks (presumably because they don't do repairs in the units). it would've been nice to have a decision communicated to me. i did some investigating of my own and found that the woman who showed me the place is involved with an organization that tries to prevent homeless shelters from being built in the city. it's probably for the better that i didn't end up renting from this fascist."
"Horrible place, they let people use the bathroom on the premises, they let homeless people live in junkie cars and mobile homes in the parking lots, they don’t care about anything here but they want you to pay rent!"
"I would like to say both owners and management have an inherited this apartment complex and have done extreme makeovers they are very friendly and expedite all of my needs one of the greatest partments I've ever lived in I couldn't say much more I will say that you cannot just replace everything all at one time it's not pill battle and they've been taking it very serious I love the ladies up front very helpful in every aspect and Beyond just partment managers and owners always willing to help somebody out"
"BOTH MANAGER AND OWNER ARE VERY RUDE. THEY NEVER WANT TO FIX ANYTHING. APARTMENTS HAVE A REALLY BAD MOLD PROBLEM. UP KEEP ON APARTMENTS ON THE OUTSIDE IS HORRIBLE."
"Friendly staff unable to view floor plans or building images"
