"We moved in almost a year ago and the complex exceeded my expectations. We moved in from out of state and the management team made the process as painless as possible. The maintenance team is awesome and the neighbors I've met are cool. My only complaint has nothing to do with the complex or management, but is more of a PDX issue as a whole. The surrounding area is rough and the "campers" do not respect much of anything. Maintenance chases them off when they can, but if there is a major issue... you're on your own. Emergency services don't even answer, much less respond. The complex is a bit of as oasis in the chaos...just have to be aware once you exit the driveway."

"I moved here with my partner in Oct, just about 4 months ago and so far it's been really great. The management team was sweet and left a "Welcome" mat for our door and a basket full of goodies inside our apartment. They also sent us a sweet holiday card for the new years :) . I recently put in a maintenance request and they responded within an hour so I'm grateful for their efforts. The maintenance man was super nice, professional and timely.. I enjoyed our conversation and how quickly he fixed our issue. The grounds are well kept, and overall it's been really nice living here, especially as my first home on my own, they make it a nice experience. Would say 10/10"

"Okay apartment complex. The management here is concerned more with adhering to the minimum requirements of the law and less about customer service. Likes: The grounds are groomed and I enjoy how much lawn area is offered. I had one roommate move out that I didn't want to have to contact to get them to put in their 30 day notice and they were willing to make those calls. Dislikes: The parking is VERY close to each other. Be prepared for door dings. My comment regarding minimum requirements of the law comes from calling to put in my 30 day notice. Every complex I've lived before has honored the call in date. This complex will only honor the date the notice is emailed/mailed/faxed in. Be prepared to call in before hand to get the paperwork. Allot time if you have roommates for them to sign as well. On that note, they will not allow your roommates to take over your lease if they did not sign the original lease with you. I found this to be in very poor taste as it forces people from their homes or forces people to live in the apartment complex if the other roommates are not willing to sign the 30 day notice. They offered no compromise in this area. Definitely be aware of this if you decide to take a roommate on. Moving out could prove to be VERY difficult."
