"Do not trust reviews over 3 stars - they are all bots. This is a very grim place to live. Move here if you're going through a dark time in your life, or if you dislike privacy, and enjoy hearing all of your neighbors footsteps and conversations. Our car was vandalized multiple times. Our nextdoor neighbor's motorcycle was stolen in the middle of the night. Our other neighbors were dealing drugs out of their apartment. I give one extra star for the nice lady in the office, but I hope she has moved on to something better by now."

"I like to keep my review updated on Google because it’s the only way to grab Management’s attention on what’s going on around the property. Our biggest factor in this review would have to be the quality of work done by maintenance. First of all, the number of times I’ve reached out for issues with my refrigerator is one too many. Secondly, back in June 2023, I reached out because there was a leak under our bathroom sink. Leak was fixed, awesome! But let me show you guys how it was fixed. (See attached photo) As you can see, it’s a piece of electrical tape. Good laugh! And I just noticed this because I happened to be cleaning out underneath the sink. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have complaints about the office staff themselves. They’re nice. I would like to see the same amount of effort put in making the outside of the property look good, put into making sure our apartments inside look just as good."

"I love living here. Maintenance also on top of things needing fixing. Offices people are very nice. The only thing I don't like is rent goes up every year. Hard on a singles person paycheck."

"I have been living here with my elderly mother and son for just a few months, and we are very happy with our apartment. It's spacious and cozy. The staff are professional and very prompt with every request. It's a nice community."

"I live here and it’s great. Lots of dumpster divers and the like… and sometimes you question the sanity of your neighbors. But I haven’t been killed. Yet. Haha! Seriously tho, never really had a problem living here! Neighbors are a force beyond managements control, so it’s not their fault. I recommend moving into a 3rd floor. They’re safer from break ins, you won’t get leaked on by the upstairs neighbors toilet, and hopefully won’t hear then stomping around too much. …well there was that time someone broke into the office at night, stole the TV, tried to break into the Amazon Hub locker, other things, and earlier that same week our mail station got broken into unsuccessfully. The Amazon hub lockers were broken for a few days because of this person, and when it was finally fixed, there was an attempted break in again they broke it again. Better luck shipping it straight to your apartment door, or getting some kind of PO Box/using s friend with a house’s mailbox. I know this All sounds horrible, but I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here all these years."
