"Although our unit was affordable for the area and nice, the property management was completely unreasonable on or vacancy fres. Not only did they keep our entire security deposit, they charged us for issues that were there, and documented at move in. The also charged us $170 beyond the security deposit or additional fees. Know that the security deposit will be kept regardless of the work you do, and expect additional fees."
