"If anyone is wondering if they should pay over a grand a month to live here, I can offer my experience. I witnessed 2 shootings from my window and in one of the cases could actually see a corpse from the window. Upon moving out I was also the victim of a vehicular assault where a crackhead tried to low speed run me off the road, denting my bumper and tried to rob/beg at my window in the middle of traffic standing in the road. Living here was nonstop noise from not only the bars but also dumpster diving tweekers with Bluetooth speakers almost every night and most active/noisy right before dawn, like a human rat infestation. On several occasions I had to call police before leaving the property at 3 or 4 am because the meth heads were blasting music and being so obnoxious on this block that I wanted to confront them before work. Violently. my advice is not to pay to live off MLK unless you KNOW that the usual rules don’t apply to you. Also, the hallway here has NO ventilation. Like, I’m sure it’s not up to any code. It’s suffocating, everyone comments on how bad it is. I felt SO bad for the guy they made PAINT with no respirator in the halls because I can tell it’s not healthy. It was embarrassing to have visitors with a stinky, humid hallway with no ventilation and garbage bags in it"
"So I've been getting so fed up of how people don't have a sense for others around them. The people in 403 moved out after stomping back and forth with boots on for months more aggressive everytime. Since I spend more time outside in my car I was able to watch them move. There is also a special case in 301 who makes some type of loud noise every morning at 7am when she comes out than by the time you get up to check she runs out the door that goes to the elevator. When I told the manager I felt that was harassment, she said I was harassing her. This place is a slap in the face"
"One satisfied client here. Everything that I am looking for a unit is here. Totally NO complaints at all. More power!"
"Karen was so patient with me even though I had difficulty looking for the property ☺️☺️"
"This management company has allowed a "chirping" fire alarm (low battery) to persist for more than a week. They say they're working on it but nothing has changed and neighbors have to listen to this sound nuisance 24 hours a day, as well as worry about whether a fire will start in the building without warning since the alarm is malfunctioning."
