"worst place i’ve ever lived. Manager interrogated me and my guests and decided to make staying there terrible once i confronted her on it. Neighbors are tweaked out of there minds and breaking into houses. Trash is everywhere always. Maintenance is a joke and never gets to fixing anything. During the ice storm there was damage to many peoples property since they didn’t trim the trees. Corporate office never got back to me when i complained about the manager. They act very friendly when you first move in then once you’re in the manager will interrogate you over the smallest things. Example being my daughter singing too loud at 5pm in the afternoon. Also got accused of having a dog when i have only ever had 2 cats. Don’t recommend"
"Love living here! The property manager is awesome! Very responsive. A few things are frustrating but kind of out of managements control I think. It’s a non-smoking complex but people don’t abide by it. Sometimes it smells heavily of weed but it’s hard to pinpoint which apartment it is to hold accountable. And other people who either don’t live here or having more than 1 vehicle like to park in spaces that are assigned parking. Other than that though they grounds are kept nice, the maintenance people are lovely and friendly. It’s a decent place to live!"
"I love living here. The manager, Mary, is warm and welcoming and responds super quickly to needs. Repairs are done in a timely manner. It is clean and well kept and the courtyard is super pretty to look out at. Great family place. It is an old building, which comes with some annoyances, like the need for pipe repairs more often than I'd love. But there is warning given, attempts are made to do things in short spurts so that water is never off for long, and it just comes with living in a place with walls."
"Manager there is awful. I paid rent on time and due to my busy schedule I barely stayed at the apartment. After moving out she claimed my dog ( a shihtzu) "destroyed" the carpet which he didn't. They refunded my full deposit and I paid a deposit for the animal so I don't see how that even makes sense. Now I am having a hard time finding an apartment because she tells them horrible things. She's just a B**** and they need new management. Parking also sucks there and the maintnance guy does a horrible job at "fixing" stuff. Don't move there it is not worth it!"
"They are great for fixing things in the apt. quickly, however... It is NOT worth the price. They do not accept multiple forms of payment for rent. You have to have rent in before the 5th not on the 5th as it is considered late at midnight on the fourth. Which in not very clearly communicated, most things aren't. You have to pay $20 for cable whether or not you want it. There is NO parking for a second car, let alone guests. Find somewhere else to go."
