"pros -ample storage space -responsive maintenance -relatively quiet -limited carpet -designated parking lot cons -long commute (this is a commuter’s nightmare. The only time it’s been a commuter’s paradise is a Friday morning on spring break.) -laundry is not in unit -houseless population (due to proximity to groceries, transit and deserted portions of 99th) -they’re refinishing the exterior for all their buildings, so be prepared for some construction -no air conditioning -everytime my neighbors smoked, the smell came up through my fireplace and into my apartment -pictures on website are over-glorified in comparison to reality"

"I am going on my third year here at Gateway Terrace, and im so happy i am. They make our safety, cleanliness, access, and overall happiness priorities, and i am so grateful. When I reach out to the office, ill get a response back and quickly. If anything is broken or needs attention, I can ask and it will get taken care of. I, personally, usually have a few off the wall questions, and the front office and building manager is always so nice and patient with me. I can trust where I live, and that's really cool. All the neighbors are respectful. Laundry on site. Pets allowed. Easy to use tenant portal for payments, maintenance, and all that jazz. 10 out of 10. Best place I've lived."

"Unit 402 at The Gateway Terrace Apartments in Portland Oregon is a well known Covid Hot Spot on The Portland Oregon Scanner Radio He keeps calling for Medics all the time they are even tired of going to visit him and wont go to unit 402 anymore he is covid positive and calls the medics for nothing Unit 402 Stop calling the medics when your not really in trouble you have covid and need to stay inside"

"I have been with my girlfriend for almost a year and we went to visit her "FRIEND" who lives there. I don't think that I would even admit that I have been there before in my life and I never want to see that dump again, I have read the reviews and the only good reviews are from the people who live there or have no other choice but to live there. Usually do to the fact that it's all Low Income Housing for the last time in their lives."
