"This apartment is all location. The walls are thinner than paper and there's a new restaurant downstairs that likes to play music. If you come see this place I advise you to set your appointment up between 9-10 AM, see if you can hear it. I'm currently singing along with "Take on Me", it's very clear and very loud. If you ever like a little extra sleep: look elsewhere. This apartment is VERY, very loud. When the restaurant downstairs disposes of compost it smells like something died. On the second floor, at least, that smells comes right into your apartment; there's no escape from it. But the staff is super nice and helpful. Work orders are done quickly and efficiently, when you contact the management they will get back to you quickly. Unfortunately there's no solving the noise issue."
