"2023 at broadway flats- Homeless people vandalizing cars, neighbors arguing constantly, overpriced. Street parking with trash everywhere, no washer or dryer in units. Overpriced. Upstairs neighbor let their dog poop and pee on the porch above our window that was fun to deal with. Thomas the property Manager got fired (learned through their maintenance man) for three months i couldn't get ahold of the manager to come pick up my rent check and boy oh boy finding out who to pay was a nightmare because their online portal never worked to pay online ever. They eventually let me out if my lease without penalty because they messed up so badly with renter violations. This is in an Unsafe area. The trash room constantly overfull because the coffee shop cant clean up their mess and inventory / makes a mess with their liquid containers attracting ants and rats. Mail gets stolen a lot. Fences constantly broken. Saw someone get stabbed at 7/11."
"Terrible property management. Walls so thin you can hear your neighbors close their cupboards/doors. Windows don't open/close correctly. Doors fit so poorly light, wind, rain come through. Overpriced and poorly maintained. Mangers will move new people in but not clean up needles from the property."
