Sunrise Place is a single-story, alcohol- and drug-free community located in the Cully neighborhood of NE Portland, Oregon. The institution offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom units that are subsidized through the Family ADFC Network (FAN) program. Residents are required to pay a portion of the rent.
