"This place have no respect for people who does not have animals. Dogs bark constantly throughout the day, and it can be quite disturbing. When reported to management, it is ignored and not addressed. When you complain, you get a very negative label put on you. Thank you. I understand that animals will bark from time to time but, constantly throughout the day is disturbing. I mean some of the dogs bark for 10 to 15 minutes straight. Once one start barking, they all join in. This is when the owners leave out the room and leave them unattended. I have nothing against animals, its just the lack of respect that is shown to certain tenants. This has been going on for quite some time now, service animals do not act like most of the ones here at The Barbara Maher. I also feel that, when you are in recovery you have to show respect to one another. As I am responding back to this email. The dog who live next to me has been barking for over an hour. Management has selective listening and choose to hear and believe what she wants. Once again, I appreciate you responding back. 1/8/20 Please go to Guardian Management website and read my reviews. Before moving into the Barbara Maher who is managed by Guardian Management. Also, go to yelp and google to read the horrific feed back on them and people they hire to manage. I am having issues with my next door neighbor visitor. I have been through hell trying to get management to address the disturbing noise that disturb my peace. They treat the visitor as though she is on the lease. Yesterday management gave me a letter, she stated was from her boss. The letter recommended that, me and my neighbor go to a mediation. It was laughable because, I thought her job was to address the situation. There are tenants here that yell, curse, and almost fight . But, never told to see a mediator. Also, I went to ask her a question and she was accusing me of things that were not true. That’s, because when she talked to my neighbor, she told her false story to management, and that was it. She never called me down to here my side of the story. Once again. she brought the tenants into it, that have nothing to do with the issue. I’m standing outside her office talking to her. Because, she has a gate up for her dog, on the door. She is potty training it and there is poop in pee on the pad. Once again, I do not dislike animals. I’m just not an animal person. There are cultural differences made here and been going on since I lived here. I been researching the landlord retaliation rules. Because, believe me I feel they are looking to retaliate against me. Because, I speak the truth. I’m just as equal as, the next tenant and refuse to be treated any differently."

"It's VERY quiet and peaceful. It seems to me, everyone keeps to themselves. The place is kept clean and its got a very "homey" feel about it. I like it!"
