"I've lived here for more than 5 years and have had a great experience. Rent has been competitive for the area. The location is nice. Very centrally located in the neighborhood and wider city of Portland. Lots of shops and stores nearby, all within walking distance. Not to mention everything along Broadway. There's also a nearby MAX stop meaning it's easy to get anywhere I need. The management team is great. Responsive to my concerns and general questions. Maintenance is just as good. Dustin is great at responding to any maintenance issues and usually has a quick turnaround."
"I really appriciate the crew here. Dustin and chey are helpful whenever we need maintenance, its a bonus our dog loves them as well! Aaron at the office was really helpful when we moved in and Id love to shout out the sweet cleaning lady as well! I can't remember her name, but shes so sweet and nice when I run into her. :)"
