"I was living here before the reconstruction and after 2 1/2 yrs I am back now sence coming back I have witnessed so many wrong the management hast dealt withe the ON GOING DRUG USE AND THE OVERDOSE OF FENTENAL.ALONG WITH NOT LOOKING AT THERE HIGH TECH CAMERA TO CATCH THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE LETTING THE HOMELESS HAVE FREE RANGE OF THE APT BUILDING WHICH IS PUTTING MY SELF AND OTHER GOOD TENANT IN HARM"
"Great building! Many residents have lived in the building long term. The management is wonderful and very much efficient with resolving and issues you may have. I very much appreciate the ability for packages to be delivered and secured."
"The building is pretty old but it's also pretty and old. It's quite aesthetically pleasing for my vintage-loving self. I've had no issues with any kind of rodents here which I'm glad considering its old age. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful especially when holding the elevator door open."
"Way better than some Home Forward places or the alternative SRO's. Pretty quiet , not ALOT of interaction with other tenants if you don't want it. Manager very efficient and cool. Great location, if you want to live downtown. I've heard it used to be quite different."
"Lovely location. Reasonable noise levels. Maintenance is prompt, but not especially inclined to actually fixing anything. Management is capable and civil, but sufficiently weary of pest control issues as to not be overly inclined to tackle them when they arise. The price of these places is very reasonable, and there are a number of community services available to the handicapped, disabled, financially struggling and/or the elderly. You pay for your ideal location and cost with the inevitable infestation battles that come with low income housing. Expect long wars with bed bugs and any other variety of other vermin. (In my case, I was away from my apartment for a month and came back to find my belongings had been ravaged by, of all things, rats.) I am happily moving out, but terrified of taking hateful creepy crawly blood-sucking monsters with me. (Saints preserve us all.) Happy home hunting."
