"Major problems: Dog poop every where! Post signs with fees and be more diligent about tracking down violators. Cigarette smoking and butts everywhere! Post no smoking signs with required distance from sign. Garage door always malfunctioning or non-existent! Post a security guard in front of garage."

"The Waterline Apartments make it possible to forget you're in Portland, while not leaving Portland. With a small market nearby, multiple coffee shops within walking distance and the historic landmark, Dockside Saloon right across the street it's hard to imagine why you'd pick anywhere else to live. The apartments even offer a lovely shared rooftop space, including a community grill! I can say I honestly wrote this review based on my daylight experience, and not just after crawling into an Uber at 7 a.m. after too long of a night over at Dockside. FYI."

"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years (and counting!) and we LOVE it here! Michael in the leasing office is so helpful with all our questions and anytime we submit a maintenance, Dixon fixes our problem in 12 hours or less. I’ve never lived in an apartment where maintenance requests were completed in such a short amount of time! Location + management + maintenance = 100%!"

"My awesome little pup and I recently had the opportunity to tour Waterline….and from the riverfront walk to the roof top terrace it rocked!! Certified Pup approved!! Kelli was amazing!! She knows her job well…it was a pleasurable tour…. Kelli is funny and witty for sure….all the while very very professional, as was all the staff in and out of the office. And the location couldn’t be better!! The restaurants, cafes, shopping and riverfront walking… I say let’s go chill on the rooftop lounge… with a basket of goodie’s from the shop down the street……watching the sunset together………… I can finally throw away my “to do / worry list……. We’ve found our home!!"

"We really loved living in these apartments. We have a corner unit, lots of windows, a great balcony which our cat loves, and a pretty nice view of the hills. It has AC which is a huge plus and washer/ dryer in unit. Never had a problem with our in the garage, parking is expensive but better than street parking for sure. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to problems and same with leasing staff. We had a noise issue at one point with our neighbor and the staff was very timely in response. Appliances in the unit are updated and work great. The train can be annoying but there is an overpass you can use to avoid it. Overall would recommend to anyone as a great option for living in the Pearl."
