"The service by all staff at Modera Pearl really is refreshing. It doesn't fade after you've moved in. The building is very quiet and well maintained. Love the gym. The location is turning out to be better than we thought and we walk to many great bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Today we're walking to the path on the river for a Sunday morning walk. We are quite pleased to be here."

"Didn't end up moving here or moving at all yet, but was and am very, very inclined to - Olive the Leasing Professional was A BOSS!! Everything here was clean, on point, under control, and organized. Everyone on every floor and through every amenity space and common area waved and said hello to Olive and had nothing but great things to say about the management and quality of life at the Modera Pearl. Definitely worth a visit and couple of year stay. My partner wants something else hence not going to be moving here but had to leave a positive review."
