"Love this place. Moved in recently and needed ADA modifications. They went out of their way to ensure my arrival went smoothly. The office staff are friendly and super helpful and their communication to the residents is over the top. Had a couple of maintenance issues and they were quickly solved with a smile. I am not easy to impress but the Griffis does!"

"My partner and I just moved into Griffis and so far we are very happy with our decision. During the leasing process, Emily was very helpful in us finding a home that fit all of our needs without being pushy to make the sale. We hit a slight bump in the road on move-in day when an elevator was down and the office was being covered by an off-site team member. When we contacted the office about our experience, Megan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that our concerns were addressed and that we received a high level of customer service. We are loving the renovated interiors of our apartment, the updated appliances, central AC, and the convenience of the Butterfly callbox. We are very excited to call Griffis our home and look forward to settling in for the long-term."

"This is a great place to live. The staff are attentive and the neighborhood is wonderful. I love my apartment and the view is incredible. My only concern is safety and security. Our buildings garage door has been broken since I moved in. Car theft, vandalism and broken windows happen on a daily basis as well as bike theft. I don't feel as safe as I should at this price point for an apartment. I am hearing from other residents in the neighborhood that it is a problem in other buildings in S. Waterfront as well and businesses are suffering from crime here too. Seems to be a Portland wide issue. They definitely need to fix the garage door here since they advertise the security of the building as a selling point."

"My wife and I recently spent some time at this location and loved it. The building is super well maintained, cleaned every morning by the most lovely lady and even cleaned every weekend. The front desk staff is wonderful and amazing.. Megan and Emily are terrific - hard working, sweet as can be and truly caring about your well being. Dacia is the manager and was very helpful anytime I needed or wanted anything. Finally the Maintence staff responded quickly to the small problem we had in our apt. I even saw them onsite at midnight one day responding to another tenants needs. The building has a coffee bar and water station. The staff makes sure the machine is cleaned and stocked everyday.. The coffee bar was a service that was tasty and wonderful - we saved a ton of money on coffee and bottled water during our stay at this building. I truly appreciated the front desk staff - they made our stay so wonderful and I was blown away by their caring, their attentions and their friendly and welcoming attitude... Thank you Megan and Emily for always helping, for your attentions and for your never ending smiles. Thank you Dacia for running a great place and helping with our moves in and out. In summary - Griffis runs a great facility and the staff is top notch. This place set a new standard for us with customer service!!"
