"All in all, a decent place to live. Pros: + Responsive management. Maintenance concerns usually resolved in a day or two. + Great neighborhood. Safe(ish), quiet residential streets nearby with lots of street parking, and a handful of restaurants within a block or two. + Nice modern layout, with balconies on some units. Lots of windows and plenty of light. + Flexible lease options (ymmv) Cons: - Intense street noise from being adjacent to Greeley and directly next two two bus stops. - No A/C. Top floor units get unbearably hot during the summer. Giant windows and skylight turn apartment into a greenhouse. There are ducts for portable A/C units, at least. - Appliances are low quality, for the price of admission. Refrigerator and washer/dryer are tiny. Washer, dryer, and stove all had issues during my tenancy (though I will note, they were fixed promptly by management). - Value for money is... just okay. Other apartment communities offer better amenities (e.g. gym, secure parcel lockers, lounge space, etc.), appliances, and A/C for the same price."

"Looking for an apartment in Portland can be tough and challenging. Many property managers don't reply to your inquiries or don't read the messages you send them, forcing you to restart dialogues over. It's a frustrating process. I got lucky with Overlook 2730 though. Eugenia and Collin were excellent with their communication, quick to work with me on filling out an application and great at answering my questions.
