"They will take electricity from you without paying for it. They will overcharge you for water, sewer, and garbage (it will range between $140-360 a month). When you confront them they will lie about being compensated by the Portland Water Bureau. They will fail to refund your deposit, or give a reason why they are keeping it. I have been waiting 4 months for a resolution to their incompetence, and they continue to send me to someone who cannot communicate properly."
