"My original review was hidden by Google, probably because I named, names. Oh well, DON"T LIVE HERE. Besides the fact the Property Manager is a low rent Matt Gaetz. The apartments have paper thin walls, you can smell and hear everything. The utilities are way overpriced. What I experienced with Avenue5 and Royal Oaks was so awful it was hidden by Google. Just don't give these people your money or sign a lease. Slumlords and grifters this is your place, you win."

"I have lived here for years. The reson I'm giving 5 stars is for our Maintenance Man Justin. He has a lot of work to do, but doesn't very well and very kind. Thank you for doing a great job Justin!!"

"I have to start off this review by saying the biggest reason I’ve chosen to stay here and continued to stay here is the staff it’s not very often anywhere now days you go someone and immediately feel that they care specifically Marcy Gonzales the Resident Manager she is one of the most genuine and professional mangers I have ever met she really does care about the residents here in a way that’s more than refreshing but is actually heart warming to see and feel. Because of a job opportunity I have to leave out of state but if it wasn’t for that I probably wouldn’t leave for a very long time because of her thank you Marcy for always being on the residents side you are a bigger angel in our lives than you realize and god will bless you in more ways then you can imagine ❤️"

"Royal Oaks apartments are a very nice place to call home. We are older and like living next to the bus line, next to the mall and just convenient to the freeways, the management is great here, any concern or worry is immediately addressed, my wife & i have lived here for 9 years and have no where else we would want to live. Plus the trees and grounds are beautiful!"
