"Lived here for over 2 years and had to move because of work. It was our first apartment, and had extraordinary value! Comfortable and well-sized units. It was easy to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter with good ventilation and well-placed windows. No AC, though. Easy access to the 58 bus line. The neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. The manager, Wolfgang, lives on-site. We couldn't ask for a better one. He goes above and beyond and is always there to help his community and stay on top of any desired updates, and you can also chat with him about any other subjects as well. He is friendly and knowledgeable. We already miss living here!"
