"Gray’s Landing is tucked away in the little Southside area away from heavy hustle and bustle. A convenient step off the NS trolley line, it has a certain charm to it. The courtyard is peaceful each time I visit as is the total environment. I like that there is a sense of community as the community room serves as a gathering place and not as a storage closet as is the case where I reside. Boasting piano, board games, coloring books and a tv that has channels available to view. They also have pantry days which helps residents “tie over” and “make a dollar stretch” as I’m sure most are retired or on some sort of fixed income. The laundry facilities are clean and have been in working order with cards used instead of cash. A kiosk is in the always clean mail area for reloading purposes. Though no central air for a/c, the residents seem overall happy with only one complaint of what happens in case of an emergency? Elevators and stairs are the only way out though there seems so be many mobility challenged that must be remanded to scooters and powered wheelchairs. I like this place overall as the apartments seem more spacious than most offering scooters and such space to move around comfortably. No place is perfect, but I believe this is a gem of a place in a chilled location. Close proximity to the city’s amenities, hospitals and attractions. Welcome to the south end."

"Current location I live on pill Hill and really haven't spent much time on the waterfront and it's cool down there. It's kind of funny because I can almost throw a rock at my friend's house therebut because of the i-5 it's almost impossible to get there without going through downtown."
