Not only is it very quiet for being just off of Hawthorne, the property manager Elijah is absolutely on top of her game and just a delight of a person! She addresses and then takes care of issues on the property right away, and is helpful even when she doesn't need to be. She decorated for the holidays and it made the property so cheery for December in a way I hadn't experienced in other places I've lived; it felt just like home. Thank you Elijah and I'm glad to have found such a sweet little studio."
