"Beautifully maintained exterior and grounds, freshly updated units, close to downtown and walkable to OHSU and PSU but still with peaceful neighborhood feel. Responsive Management on site, garages for off street parking, very reasonably priced. Great for families, professionals and student. Kitties allowed!!"

"Clean, quiet, great location. Minutes from PSU and downtown with easy access to I-5, I-405, Hwy 26, and I-84. Units are very well maintained and the apartment manager is very friendly and responsive. We viewed the 2BR/2Bath unit, which had just been renovated. The only drawback is we have two vehicles (one larger SUV), so decided on a different location. If you have smaller vehicles or prefer to bike/bus, this is a wonderful, very reasonably priced complex."

"The below review is not for the Lair Hill Park Apartments on 220 SW Meade St. The complex I just mentioned doesn't have any studio apartments, doesn't overlook highway 99, and is a nice quiet complex with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in a convenient location."
