Chantilly Square Apartments

"This place was a dream come true for my child and I. Perfect location, parking, attentive management company… it was great. New management took over last summer. My AC unit has been broken since last august and although they keep saying they’ll send maintenance, no one has been to the apartment to look at the unit. More concerning is the wiring. The bathroom outlet shot out sparks and stopped working the first week of March. I was told they’d send someone. A month later, maintenance sent notice that they would arrive at a specific time the next day. They no-called, no-showed. When I contacted the property manager, she said she’d put it on the books the next day. Another month has passed and they won’t respond. Icing on the cake: each unit was issued one parking permit on a first come first served basis for the lot that has one spot per unit. They recently gave up two days notice that our parking has been revoked. Days later, we found out they’re using the lot for food carts. So yeah, there will be units available here soon. Mine being one of them. I would hate for anyone to rent here without being warned."
