"I've lived here for 6 years, wow I can't believe it's been 6 years! The neighborhood has definitely changed a lot in that time. I've really enjoyed my time at the Wilmore and it's community. The management people seem to do a good job with up keep, fixing maintenance issues, and helping residents... Also, my apartment has plenty of windows with views of sunsets over Forest Park. The neighborhood is really great too! Plenty of stuff to do on Friday nights within walking distance and easy access to the popular Portland bike trails. "Maddie the property manager was very helpful from start to finish during the application process. Even though I moved in during a busy holiday for most people, she ensured I was taken care of by property staff to ensure a smooth move-in. The apartments are beautiful and conveniently located to pretty much everything you could want. Everyone I’ve met is friendly in the building, staff and residents alike. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home!"

"The Wilmore has been a great first place for me since moving to Portland! Maddie was always friendly from the first phone call and I loved the unit when I toured. I actually didn’t even tour any other apartments and chose this place. The amenities and the area was such a plus for the price. And availability of the gated parking is amazing and convenient! "The Wilmore has ended up being one of my favorite places to live. Besides loving my personal space, the building is clean, has easy access, the parking lot is secure, the area is super fun; there's tons of stuff to do and within walking distance. The rooftop deck is the BEST with views of Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Hood. It's a totally cool spot. I can't forget to mention the property manager Tony., he has been super helpful. I rented this place sight unseen and he made the process easy. I had high expectations and he followed through making the process easy."

"As the second resident to move into the Wilmore, I gotta say, I’m beyond impressed and thankful that I get to call this place home. Our building has tons of amenities from a bike repair station to a fully furnished rooftop (including grills and a fireplaces). To our benefit, we’re centrally located in the historic Humboldt Neighborhood in North Portland. There is a pizza shop, Indian restaurant, nail bar and liquor store attached to the building—a low-key dive bar next door and tons of swanky restaurants nearby. Being one of the first residents, I’ve had the fortune of meeting almost everyone in the building and can honestly say that we have an amazing community of neighbors here. Needless to say, I love this place. The people (neighbors and management) are phenomenal. The units are high quality: granite countertops, bamboo floors, onsite gym, recycling chutes, secured boxes for oversized mail, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer (in-unit) and plenty of patio space. Not to mention, our new resident manager, Eva Cameron, is going above and beyond to build community within the Wilmore and create ways for us residents to engage as a group. On Sundays we have free two-hour yoga sessions, Fridays we have hosted coffee and doughnuts, and small get togethers every so often. There's even a Facebook group that a few of us started to keep in touch! So basically the Wilmore is a pretty magical place!
