"I went here for a tour and it was very nice I really hope I can be a tenant here in the future the place was clean and people were actually chilling in the lobby areas reading and watching TV almost felt staged well see in the future if I become a tenant here but I liked what I seen and if you're looking for a place go see it for yourself and Don't believe the hype and the leasing managers were very polite and professional"
"My move-in experience to the Revere apartments was seamless and easy. Credit goes to Alaya for her exceptional customer care from the application process to the move-in date. Alaya kept me informed through any and all changes, walked me through tactical items, and was prompt in all her communications. Additional kudos to Kyle for stepping in on days Alaya was off. He made himself available to show us the unit and provided valuable insight around internet and renters insurance. The moving process is naturally stressful and this dynamic duo eased our minds, answered all of our questions (we had a lot), and welcomed us into our new home with no hiccups. Thank you to Alaya and Kyle for all the attention and care they showed from start to finish."
"Just know that many of the amenities don't actually work. Lived here 1 year and the Fire Pits NEVER worked. The sink on the rooftop - no water actually comes out, the gas grills are always broken and no it has nothing to do with the emergency stop button as management says Ping pong paddles often abused and broken. Media room has no equipment in it so is not usable. I have tried to grill multiple times since April and doesn't work even after repair which occured on June 21. Rock wall holds are not installed properly for actual climbing. I would consider paying the high rent if any amenities actually worked. Also the elevator that is closest to our apartment has been broken for 6 months so now our move-out will be significantly more time consuming and expensive."
"I lived in the Revere for 3.5 years. The first year was great, and it all started to go downhill from there. My bike (which was u-locked to a wall mount) got stolen from the locked bike room. The mount had been ripped off the wall (see photo). Also, you need a key fob to get in to the bike rooms. When I reported this, management basically said "too bad ¯\_(ツ)_/¯" When I said I didn't feel safe using the bike rooms anymore, and if there was anything they could do, they told me that I could feel free to use any of the other bike rooms in the building. Many of the amenities have been broken for months. At the time of writing this, the elevator that connects to the rooftop and the parking garage has been out of order for 6 months, the sauna is not maintained, the media room is locked intermittently with much of the equipment missing, and the rooftop grills are disgusting, and the fire pits did not work. The trash chutes are often broken causing the trash rooms to fill up and smell. Rock wall is decorative only. If you want to fill out a maintenance request, the UI for the site is broken, so good luck getting your needs tended to in a timely manner. Honestly, for the price, it is not worth the broken amenities, unhelpful staff, and cleanliness, for literally any other similar building in the Mississippi area."
"Dont rent here! Nightmare! I miss the days of Samantha, Kyle and Tim. They were so willing to help and really seemed like they cared about their work. Fortunately, we still have Samantha. Now they have some girl in here that shows how annoyed she is when you talk to her, and now we all know when she puts on the fake show, the manager seat shifts all over, some creepy guy then this bulldog lady who you can tell hates tenants, and loves money. I over hear them tell prospective tenants on tours some outlandish lies, like “the elevator will be fixed next week” or “the fire pits on the roof were never out, you just have to check the emergency knob” and same with the barbecue grills when truthfully, the elevator has been down for over 30 days and NEVER gets fixed, and we have all inspected the emergency shut off knob and it’s clear that management is lying, so really the roof amenities had been down for over 3 months! So if you are thinking of moving here, DON’T expect them to tell you the truth about anything. They over charge to live here in general, then when the elevators are always down and amenities are broken, you’re getting a fraction of what you pay for cause they don’t work and they’ll continually lie to you about when they’ll be working again. Other than that, this place smells. Bad. The carpets are disgusting and stained and when you inquire about clean up they lie and say “next week”. The sauna is retched and the floors are never mopped and the gym is covered in months of dust at times. The prices are gouging and your car will absolutely be vandalized. And they won’t do anything about it, cause you signed, they got your money, now get out of their face. Note to management, don’t reply with your fake canned response, spare us the act please, you bold faced liars."
