"My husband and I lived in Windsor for about 2.5 years and watched it transition from Modera to Windsor, which was the absolute best thing to happen! When it was still owned by Mill Creek, we had a terrible experience with so many problems, and then new ownership and management came in and changed everything around. Living in an apartment building, there will always be problems that you run into, but it’s the way that Windsor handled everything that put this community above the rest. Communication was clear and consistent, and everyone was always so kind, helpful, and willing to work to find solutions. We loved working with Tyler and appreciate the way he and the staff loved on our dog, Dolly, too! It truly was our favorite home, the location and amenities were great and well taken care of, the community events were fun and frequent, and we miss it very much. We’ve since moved states, but talk about our Windsor experience frequently. Thanks for helping make our little apartment a home! Highly recommend."

"This is the best place I have ever lived by a mile. From the initial viewing to the application process to the day to day living everything is so easy. The property is kept up immaculately. There are views of the central Eastside and Downtown from the roof, and they even do a happy hour every 2 weeks in the lounge. Everyone that lives there is friendly too. The staff is incredible also. Dan has helped us several times with issues in our apartment and he is always knowledgeable and courteous. Caleb is especially knowledgeable about anything in the building and he is always smiling and willing to help! Definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to live in inner Southeast Portland."

"I have truly enjoyed living here. There is plenty to do and places to walk to in all directions and I've not felt unsafe walking at night. The staff and management have been very friendly overall and are great about communicating any events happening or issues that arise with tenants! When it comes to pets you can tell that the pet friendly advertising is genuine with all the happy, wagging tails and pet/OHS related fundraiser events and ways to donate to the pet friendly local community! The interior is fresh, and upgrades look to have been done professionally. It is nice feeling like you're at least getting what you pay for. Probably my favorite apartment rental hands down."

"I’ve been here a year, and absolutely love it, the staff are kind, fun, and professional. The building is pristine, the rent reasonable for this city, and they host a lot of fun social events for their tenants. ALSO, the place is soooo quiet on the floors - I never hear any of my neighbors. Dog friendly! Highly recommend!"

"I lived here for 1 year as they transitioned from Modera to Windsor. They took care of a cockroach problem shortly and promptly. I was asked to leave my apartment 3 times for the bug problem. My bike was stolen from one of the locked bike cages in the garage it had a U lock and cable lock. They cut through my lock the “cameras” didn’t do anything. Management said they couldn’t find the footage. Someone vomited on the pool table upstairs it took them like 2 months to get it fixed. They had a coffee/espresso machine in the lobby that was free and blamed some manufacturer for discontinuing service. When I moved out I left my apartment Very clean as I have never left an apartment and not got my deposit back. Windsor tried to charge me 880 dollars on top of my 300 deposit. I contested the charges and what do you know the “accidentally” charged me. Overall you are charged a premium price and if you need anything from this place good luck. The location is very nice, the gym is well kept. The lobby upstairs is almost always open and has a great view. I found half the people who worked there very pleasant. I found another spot with less amenities blocks away for 450 less a month. This place might work for some but it let me down."
