"I have lived in Tanner Flats for 4 years and just moved out a few days ago (09/29/2023) which crushed my soul. I had the best few years living in my little, quaint spot! I was really nervous moving into my first apartment and had heard such horror stories from friends and family members about their experiences, but Tanner Flats had made me change my perception almost instantly after I moved in. I had such a swift and pleasant apartment rental lease agreement process and paying rent online through the Residential Portal was quick too. Steve, the manager who handled maintenance was prompt with completing all my necessary requests and the kindest man (especially when my closet ripped down 4 times from too many clothes lol!) Dallin and Connor were great to relay on whenever I had a question or concern at the front office and always waved to me (or my mom when she dropped by) when I got home from work which was so sweet and touching. It really made me enjoy being at the apartment and continuing to stay for as long as I did. The rooftop deck is a very nice addition with a great view of the city and fun to hang out at during the summertime with a glass of Whispering Angel Rosé. I'm not a fan of coffee but I always had friends who enjoyed the free coffee in the club house when they came over. The area around the apartment is full of gorgeous, luscious trees and close to NW 23rd and the Portland International Rose Test Garden. I felt I was safe, especially with the security who usually patrol around the apartment. I enjoyed watching all the seasons through my window and the hustling of the traffic on the street. I was a member of the Multnomah Athletic Club so heading to my gym almost every day was a fast commute, especially if there was traffic with Portland Timbers games going on as well. It was also always convenient my dentist was right across the street, Willamette Dental! In all regards, I am truly blessed to have been at this apartment, because it really made me get into interior design school and sparked my interest in this field. In all conclusion, I really enjoyed being here and I am glad that I was able to sublease my place to a close friend since it was time for me to start a new chapter in my life. I highly recommend Tanner Flats to anyone and everyone. It was a great experience and I felt incredibly safe. You won't regret it! :) Apartment #205 - you will always be remembered!"

"I moved in here during the Pandemic and this has been my home ever since! Love the location. Love how hospitable management is and how quickly they respond with any inquiry. I’ve had zero issues since moving in! I feel very ‘taken care of’ here! They make life easy! And the rooftop area is AMAZING!! I LOVE living at Tanner Flats!! Recommend for sure!!"

"For the short amount of time I lived at Tanner I always felt welcomed and safe. The gym is a wonderful plus and they took all the safety precautions possible during COVID to allow residents to use that amenity. The roof view is stellar, it was my favorite to sit up there and watch the sunsets over the city. It was wonderful being able to hop of the MAX Line to zip to a food cart late at night. I really feel like I was able to live the Portland life to the fullest. I miss seeing Dallen and Connor in the office when I would come back from adventure always there with smiling eyes, cause of their masks, and a gentle wave. They were always attentive to my requests and the maintenance man, Steve, was always super friendly."
