"My apartment got flooded destroyed my bed and my computer. I called the maintenance worker and he said it wasn’t an emergency. For 30 days I slept on the floor, cause I couldn’t afford to bed then every time I got home, I would have to clean up my floor from the flooding and I would be really surprised at the maintenance worker said it wasn’t an emergency he told me not to call when there’s a water in my apartment. I would not recommend moving in here unless you want your bad or your computer get destroyed. Definitely get renters insurance here floods in the winter."

"*edited new & revised* I will never be unfair in my reviews so I have changed it as the experience has changed. The unhinged manager is gone, you can hear chapel bells ring as ALL residents under her tyrannical control cheer, myself being one. The newer staff working the office are way more understanding and polite. They are trying to fix issues so I will change my star from 1 to 3 ( average) with hope it will be in the 4 range this new year. I went from frantically looking from a new apartment to maybe I might stay . It's amazing how 1 bad Manger will destroy all hope and enjoyment on a whole Block . So it's way better then it was , the effects can be seen , and I, for 1, am glad."

"The staff in the office is very disorganized and has zero compassion or actual emotional response towards individuals beyond just using them as a dollar. It often smells in the building quite odd. The entire time I live there was coackroaches. The bathroom was not cleaned before me renting it and had to clean previous tenants hair out of my drain. Heavy substance used there with the tenants and with the people on the street. It is very normalized to sell drugs out of the apartment complex from what I have been able to see."

"a dumpy slum run by criminal management who loves to rip people off and make things up just to make your life more difficult. it's dirty, UNSAFE, unhelpful staff. experienced there; multiple attempted break ins, car being broken into (happens often, ask anyone who lives there), mold problems, sketchy people/drug dealers in the halls, human feces and animal piss on the floors, blood, random screams and alarms going off, street noises, etc. just a really really terrible place run by terrible people. I can't believe they're still stealing people's money to be completely honest. I've had several friends who've had terrible experiences renting there. we have so many horrendous stories, be it the conditions of living there, dealing with their criminal & inept staff, and how the city doesn't do anything about it. It's absolutely a trash heap that no one should subject themselves to. unless you hate yourself or are high all the time, i would definitely not recommend this place. it's awful. the place is awful, the management is awful, it's just all around a horrible place to be. Even if you're desperate, don't do it. Just don't. it's not worth it. this place will make you sick and want to end yourself if you can't afford to leave. it's literally a trap. even if you can make it out, like one of my friends did, they will try to sabotage your moving anywhere else because they're criminals who think they can get away with it. their staff treats people like idiot children even though their transgressions are more transparent than cellophane. i'm very serious. do. not. move. here."

"It is a pretty good place to be your kind of off the beaten path of the main downtown there's a nice little store by The Yards and a Safeway not too far away with other shopping especially with Portland coming back around it would be a good place to start if you're moving here or just want a new experience the yard that Union Station and the yards are different the yards is home forward and you can have section 8 and they have reduced rent. Just came under new ownership we'll see how it works. Now with the measure of 110 going through a couple years ago it makes these guys' job so much harder to vet people that aren't going to come in here and just steal or go crazy they got a big job so be patient and if you do get in here please respect us and where you live now."
