"Hands down the best professionally managed building we've ever lived in. The entire staff are high-calibre, caring, and follow up on all requests from leasing to maintenance. We've had the best experience at Indigo and would not hesitate to recommend the building to anyone. Also, the location is fantastic with amazing restaurants and stores within a couple of blocks. Portland city is coming alive again and it's awesome."

"We are new residents to the building and I can't say enough about how much we love it. The quality of the buildings and it's amenities are a given. The apartments are spacious (including the closets and little knooks for storage and a very large pantry), the finishing touches (like the lighted bathroom mirrors), and it's overall sleek appearance. Even downsizing from a 3000 sqf home, we feel comfortable in this space. Need I add that are view is also amazing (we not only see the city, but also the mountains in the distance). To top it off, the staff is extraordinary. They have made what would have otherwise been a very challenging move, feel a little less chaotic. After looking at about a dozen places in the Pearl, we chose Indigo for all the reasons it just felt right - the things you don't see on the surface and the things you can't exactly pinpoint. And the actual living experience, thus far, has not disappointed."

"I would live here again. Pros:. Great views, great management and staff. Building management does nice things to show they care. These folks make up for the cons in a lot of ways. Cons: The units' doors shut very loudly. Pet waste around the building is gross. The parking company (city center parking) associated with the building (under it) is awful. There are other options nearby if you don't mind rain and a little bit of feces on your walk home."

"Indigo's staff rocks! The building is elegant and has a unique design. The amenities such as the gym, roof, cinema, meeting rooms and common areas are like extension of a home. They are welcoming, and comfortable. While the neighborhood may be challenging these days, this building is safe and clean. Apartments are comfortable and have good amount or closets to store things."
