"This apartment complex looks nice on the outside but they have many issues once you sign the lease. The complex manager spent thousands of dollars to repaint the complex last year and if you look closely (doors where the seams meet, balconies/decks where they paint over rusted nails and rotting wood) they did not to a good job at all. It was very sloppily done. The leasing office CLAIMS there are enough parking spaces (that don’t require additional payment) but that is a LIE. The parking lot does not have enough spaces for everyone here and the leasing office fails to regulate the amount of cars each lease is allowed to have, making the parking lot a free-for-all, and its usually full by 5-6pm making it hard to want to leave in the evening knowing you have to park outside the lot & walk a quarter to a half mile back to your home in the dark. The leasing office has hired Beaverton towing to sweep the lot nightly but has not given them license plates/information of people allowed to be in the lot to make it so Beaverton towing can remove unknown cars from the lots. People who live here have been forced to use handicapped spaces/unrented covered spaces but have gotten towed despite paying rent and the parking lot not having enough spaces per everyone’s lease agreement! Additional the units are hard to keep heated therefore electricity cost can be high in winter but there are fireplaces in some units if you chose to burn wood to keep costs down. The leasing office staff can be unorganized and rude at times. Specifically Ammeerah was irritated when I returned the paperwork with incorrect dates for the third time asking to get the legal requirements for paperwork to be done. We didn’t receive our legal 90 day notice of rent increase/lease extension until 3/5/24 when our original lease was supposed to end 3/31/2024. The office first presented that paper with incorrect dates to us around 60 days (30 days after least timeframe). We returned the paper 3 separate times before the leasing office made the correct changes and we were finally given the fully correct and legal paperwork less than 30 days before the end of the original lease."
"The property management agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when trying to decide which Floorplan I liked. I can't remember his name, but he was awesome and I would recommend him for management if you ask ever decide you need somebody organized and smart etc."
"I lived here for a little over a year and this was the WORST experience I have ever had at an apartment. My until flooded TWICE in just over one year due to a burst pipe in the unit above me. During the first construction it was nothing but issues with the front office as well as the venders who were in my home who moved personal items, taken pictures and went in locations they did not need to be. They deemed the apartment “done” however they never completed the until and left baseboards off after repeatedly asking the office to fix this. The second flood was so bad the apartment was unlivable. Staff did not reach out to me regarding the next steps until AFTER I sent a message. The move out process was very rushed and communication during this was lacking extremely. The refund I was given was less than what was discussed per the email from corporate . I have reached out multiple times and have been completely ghosted. My dog was attacked by a dog who broke out of their BROKEN dog park gate which forced me to spend hours in an emergency vet and hundreds of dollars. After speaking with the office they knew who it was but refused to do anything about it. I would NEVER recommend someone to live here. The price of these apartments is outrageous for the service you will get from not only the disrespectful office staff but also from corporate."
"I'm gonna give you the warning I wish I wouldve gotten when I moved here. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT move her if you have a car unless you are willing to kick out and extra hundred plus dollars for a parking spot. The parking lot here is always full and more than half the spots are only for people who pay for them ( I guess the unnecessarily hi price of rent today doesn't warrant you a parking space at your own apartment) If you are unfortunate enough to not find a parking space when you arrive home after your long day of work you will be forced to park outside the neighborhood and walk More than a mile. To your apartment or wait patiently until a spot opens. Last night I was waiting for over an hour when I had a verbal altercation with the tow truck driver because he wanted me to move. I moved to Portland last year from the east coast and choosing this apartment complex is by far my worse decision made since moving. Save your money there are cheaper options in town to choose from and you probably can rent parking there as well. I was told a month ago to expect some type of fix to the parking here and it seems like it's only gotten worse If I could afford to break my lease here I would! There are people that rent spots but still park in the free ones and then will leave you nasty notes if you park in their assigned spots. There are cars that haven't moved in months. A simple parking permit situation would solve this problem assign everyone that lives there one spot and the others either pay or park somewhere else but that seems Like too much of common sense for the people that work here. I only gave it one star because 0 wasn't an option."
"My fiance and I are planning to move soon in the next few months and are trying to get ahead and find our next home living in an apartment. We found this apartment complex via Google and when we dropped by we thought the place was so beautiful and quiet! Lots and lots of greenery and the place looks very well taken care of. The agent who showed us an apartment was very informed and helpful. We will definitely be applying here closer to our time we need to move."
