"I have been residing in the apartment complex Sylvan Terrace Apartments for several years now. My identity was stolen last year and had to deal with the apartment manager-Pax who has not been helpful at all in coordinating anything and had been very unprofessional all the way until now. It is impossible for this manager to even listen first and always acts like she is the owner of the property when she doesn't even really do much at all to keep up with the property. When there are issues with repairs it is such a slow process to almost no response at all. Some days she's semi professional but when she doesn't understand something she has the audacity to give you attitude and hangs up the phone. That is how amazingly poor she is with her role as a manager. The C&R Property Management that is in charge of running this property is also impossible to reach."

"I really like it here. The property manager, is very kind, and on top of things. Brian the maintenance man is great as well. It is clean, spacious and the grounds are beautifully kept. You can hear highway 26 from outside but inside it is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly and the balconies are HUGE. I highly recommend this complex."
