"The management of this place is absolutely horrible and unorganized. My roommate and I lived here for a little over two years and dealt with two awful apartment managers who were rarely on-site or responded to our calls/emails. To start, our move in date kept getting pushed back and eventually we just had to move in even though our apartment wasn't ready. They told us they would continue the maintenance after we moved in, which never happened. They didn't replace the carpets and as you walked on them more and more urine spots from the previous owners pet surfaced. The then apartment manager told us we would be evicted if we didn't get the carpet cleaned. They drilled our mailbox lock twice because they were trying to get into another resident's mailbox and thought it was ours. Parking was a joke and when we complained about the excess cars making their own spots and blocking us in the manager told us she didn't have access to approve the tows because she wasn't on the account. Our washer/dryer was always breaking. When we reported it we were told "they were working on it." We lived with the worst mildew smell from standing water sitting in our washing machine for three weeks because they wouldn't have it fixed for us. The upstairs neighbors would scream and fight and their kids would scream and run around the apartment at all hours of the day and night and management wouldn't do anything about it. The final straw was them allowing pets but fining owners if there pets urinated or defecated anywhere on the property, even if you cleaned it up. When we moved out we gave months notice, weekly reminders, and then left our keys in our apartment and locked the door behind us as it stated in our lease agreement. They took half of our deposit because "they didn't know we moved out" even after leaving multiple notices on a clearly vacated apartment door and making no attempt to call either of us. We were able to get our deposit back after showing them our U-Haul rental receipt and speaking with our former neighbors. This place is a nightmare and there is nothing special about these apartments."
