"At all the apartments I've lived at they always shovel snow and put salt down. This place doesn't. The sidewalk is a sheet of ice over snow. You can't get to your car."
"I’ve lived here about three years, and I love it. It’s quiet, the neighbors all look out for one another, and I just love our manager to pieces. She is always going above and beyond to be there for her tenants both as a manager, and just a freakin awesome human being! She works hard to be on top of things, makes sure all our needs are met in a timely manner, while also making the time to invest her time in getting to know using a personal and compassionate level as well. I’ve always enjoyed being a part of this community."
"I lived here for almost 3 years. It quickly became my home. My neighbors were wonderful, its in an extremely convenient locations for all commutes around the Portland area, and the landlord is fantastic. Ive never had any issues with work orders getting done and the grounds are maintained well. There are plenty of both dogs and cats to pet. I would of continued to live there if my circumstances in life were different. I 10/10 recommend living here."
"It used to be good, very good even. I moved in with good utilities, a good rent, and a helpful property manager. Rent has gone up steadily every time I resign my lease, now to where it's gone up $150, and the new property manager just couldn't care less about anyone. I asked for a 6 month lease, and she said no. Only after I gave my 30 days notice did I get a notice on my door the very next day with a 6 month lease attached. Now I've had scaffolding holding up my awning, and every time I ask when it's going to be fixed I'm told "[They're] working on it, and it's just taking longer than expected." The scaffolding got put up in one day, yet no one has touched it in a month, but they've been able to lay down new dirt for the flowers and repaint the handrails near the office. Since being sold to Princeton Property it's been a very steep decline."
