"Pros: great location, roomy apartments, decent price Cons: high noise levels, cops in the parking lot every few days, and the worst management you'll ever have. I don't usually review apartments or really any place that I have a bad experience at, but after being abused at this place and the manager having absolutely no compassion for me when I was needing to flee the residency-- I think this place deserves 1 star."

"Weirdest experience I’ve ever had with a landlord. Was inquiring about a room for rent. What the girl on the lease said and explained was very different from what the landlord requirements were. She gave me his number for any further questions, which I had. When clarifying details, he started yelling and asking “does that make sense to you?!” Multiple times. Got to the point where I kindly stated “thank you I think I have all the information I needed” and hung up. Very unprofessional and scary as a young woman to have a landlord behave in such a manner. Could be a bad day, but a man unable to control his emotions at work is a big red flag especially if he is to be your future landlord."

"Grace Manor Apartments is very close to Multnomah Village--if you like that sort of thing. There's a pool--again, if you like that sort of thing. Two laundry rooms are available and most of the machines work--use at your own risk though because there's no one to complain to about them, and NO refunds. The apartments are in good shape, although the drawers in the kitchen are way past their prime--I think they're updating some units as they become available but I'm sure that comes with a hefty, updated price. Repairs that I asked for, over the last couple of years, have gone undone. Meanwhile, they've painted the outside, addressed the drainage on the uphill-slope-side, and resealed and repainted the parking lot. It seems they're taking good care of the complex at the expense of the apartments. Grace Manor Apartments has no web-presence. None. You can't pay your rent online--you actually have to shove your rent check under the door to apartment thirteen, as there isn't an office. You also can't request repairs or help of any kind unless you have the manager's phone number. I lost his number years ago. I don't even remember his name. Would I recommend the complex to a friend? No, I wouldn't."

"Worst phone call ever. I call them to check if they have anything for rent. The guy answers "How can I help?" Me: "Do you guys have studios for rent?" Guy: "Nope" Couple moments with awkward silence waiting for him to say something like "but we have 1 bedrooms" or anything else. But nothing. Me: "What about 1 bedrooms?" Guy: "Nope" 4 seconds of no talking again. Me: "What do you have then?" Guy: "2 bedrooms only. Anything else?" Me: "No. Bye." Guy: "mhm" It's just like he wants to get rid of me already. Talking quickly and answering with "nope" only. I'm not going there even if they have the best prices around. Not with that attitude towards your future residents."
